Hard Rock International Launches New Rewards Program with Entertainment Stars and Sweepstakes

Hard Rock International announced its new Unity by Hard Rock™ loyalty program alongside a star-studded marketing campaign featuring The Beatles’ iconic song, “Come Together.” The initiative features celebrities like Lionel Messi, Noah Kahan, John Legend, and Shakira, showcasing the diverse offerings at Hard Rock’s hotels, cafés, casinos, and Rock Shops across more than 200 locations worldwide.
 
Unity by Hard Rock™ is designed to reward members for doing what they enjoy most at any Hard Rock location. Members can earn and redeem points for free stays, merchandise, dining experiences, and more. The program offers exclusive benefits and special discounts at participating Hard Rock locations, thereby enhancing the guest experience. Whether dining on a Messi Burger in London or shopping for exclusive items at a Rock Shop, members earn Unity Points towards qualifying purchases.
 
“With hospitality offerings that encompass hotels, casinos, Cafés, retail outlets, and more, Hard Rock is uniquely positioned to launch this one-of-a-kind loyalty program that rewards our guests’ passions for entertainment, travel, gaming, and food,” said Keith Sheldon, President of Entertainment & Brand Management at Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming. 
 
The launch includes the “Come Together” campaign, featuring Noah Kahan’s recording of The Beatles’ classic song. The centerpiece is a 60-second feature showing the celebrities traveling to various Hard Rock locations worldwide. Kahan performs at Mexico’s Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, John Legend explores Manhattan from the rooftop of the Hard Rock Hotel New York, Shakira strolls through South Florida’s Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood before arriving at a Guitar Hotel Pool Party, and Lionel Messi engages fans at a Hard Rock Cafe.
 
Unity by Hard Rock™ offers four membership tiers—Star, Legend, Icon, and X—each with distinct benefits and exclusive access to events and experiences. Hard Rock is also launching the “Come Together Experiences” sweepstakes, offering members a chance to earn trips to New York City for Noah Kahan’s Madison Square Garden show and to Hard Rock Hotel Maldives. Entries for the New York trip close on May 31, 2024, and members will have until August 31, 2024, to enter for a chance to win the Maldives vacation experience.
