Success breeds success. At Choice Hotels, its highly successful loyalty program, Choice Privileges−which eclipsed the 25 million-member mark earlier this year−will offer even more new and unique benefits.
In February, Choice Hotels made some significant changes to its loyalty program that adds more customer value than ever before.
Some of the new and unique benefits of the Choice Privileges program include:
Your Extras. Rewards shouldn’t be limited to just Elite members–every program member should see benefits from Day One. With Your Extras, all of our members can earn an immediate reward instantly delivered at check-in – on top of what Choice Privileges already offers. Members can choose extra points or a credit at Amazon.com, Shell, or Starbucks. Then, members can keep that option or change what they want on every stay. Rewards are instantly available, making Your Extras the only hotel rewards program delivering real rewards on every eligible stay, even the first.
FlexRewards. Get to a free night faster−Members can redeem points for free nights at discounted point levels at participating hotels, varying by season. There will be up to 2,000 hotels reduced during either the weekdays or weekend at any time.
Digital Gift Cards. The first hotel company to offer immediate in-app gift card downloads, Choice Privileges members can receive instant gratification with new digital gift cards.
Keep Your Points. As long as members stay active by completing any of a wide variety of qualifying activities at least once every 18 months, they get to keep their points.
10 Points per Dollar. All 5,500 Choice Hotels now earn 10 points per dollar spent – including economy and extended stay hotels, such as MainStay Suites, Suburban, EconoLodge and Rodeway Inn. And, during our award winning promotions, it is now easier than ever to qualify since members no longer need to stay two consecutive nights at economy brands.
