Bonobos Integrates In-Store Staffers to Online Customer Service Calls
Walmart-owned menswear retailer Bonobos has integrated staffers at its brick-and-mortar stores into its online customer service system. It is an unusual hybrid approach to managing customer service, as companies have confronted having enough staff to answer inquiries and assist customers. Guides get to broaden their skill set and have more opportunities to interact with the customers.
