Subway Plans EV Charging at Store Locations

Subway will install electric vehicle charging stations at select restaurant locations. The chain is partnering with GenZ EV Solutions to launch “Subway Oasis” charging parks, including canopies with multiple ports, picnic tables, Wi-Fi, restrooms, lawns, and playgrounds.

Additionally, Subway plans to install smaller charging stations at its franchisee locations. The stations are part of Subway’s sustainability initiatives, adding to its overall CSR strategy.

Hanna Andersson Offers Resale Options

Joining many other retails in the secondhand market, Hanna Andersson created its own resale marketplace called Hanna-Me-Downs. The children’s apparel brand partnered with technology provider Archive, allowing sellers to access Hanna Andersson’s item descriptions, size charts, images, and other information for their listings.

The marketplace provides customer value, allowing new customers to access the brand at lower prices and adding to CSR efforts with clothing recycling. Additionally, the retailer is offering customers more value with a gift card option at 125% item sale value, or they can opt for the sale price in cash.
