bp has announced a new app designed to enhance the customer experience when fueling their vehicles and shopping in the company’s convenience store. The app is called earnify™ and was designed through consumer research findings to simplify and reward fuel and in-store purchases with an integrated, user-friendly loyalty program.
earnify allows users to earn one point for every dollar spent on fuel and two points for every dollar spent on in-store purchases at bp and Amoco convenience store locations. The points can be redeemed to save on fuel, store purchases, or exclusive promotional offers. Additionally, users receive a 5¢ per gallon fuel discount.
Americas at bp SVP of Mobility and Convenience Greg Franks said, “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are thrilled to introduce earnify™ and deliver a time-saving digital offer that elevates our US convenience and mobility business and gives our customers what they want, when they want it, and how they want it.”
To celebrate the launch, bp is offering double points on every transaction for the first 90 days after a customer registers to use the app and signs up for the loyalty program, along with 250 bonus points. Android and iOS users can download the earnify app at no cost.
bp’s earnify aligns with the company’s long-term goal of growing its convenience and mobility business and increasing daily customer touchpoints from 12 million to more than 15 million by 2025.
