Bakcell Loyalty Program is Named One of the Continent’s Best Consumer Services

Bakcell Loyalty ProgramThere is some high customer engagement praise being floated about for the loyalty program of one of the leading telecommunications companies of the Middle East, Central and South Asia and North Africa.

Bakcell, an innovative 3G network and cellular communications provider, has been recognized for operating one of the top five Best Consumer Services in the entire region. Specifically, the accolades belong to Ulduzum, Bakcell’s loyalty program, which was selected for the honor by Telecoms World.

Alongside Bakcell, another 250 nominees were also vying for one of the top five spots.

However, even though Bakcell is thrilled to have already made it this far, there is still a possibility that the esteemed loyalty program will actually capture the overall number one spot.

And as a program that places a strong emphasis on understanding consumer needs and offering an excellent customer experience, Ulduzum stands a good chance of claiming the top honors.

Currently, almost 1.5 million members engage with Ulduzum, which makes it a very popular and successful regional loyalty program. In addition to a host of discounts, Ulduzum offers a wide range of valuable rewards such as restaurant visits, luxury clothing, various accessories, furniture and appliances, electronics, recreational activities, online shopping certificates, and more.

Next month, Bakcell will find out if it does, in fact, claim the top honors. The awards ceremony will be held in Dubai.
