Sam's Club Announces Sam's Cash, Combines Previous Member Reward Programs
Sam's Club has combined its previous member rewards programs—Sam's Club Mastercard Cash Back Rewards and Plus Cash Rewards—into one platform called Sam's Cash, allowing club members to consolidate all the rewards they've earned and are eligible to spend in one place.
Available now, Sam's Cash can be used in-club, online, or cashed out. And beginning in April, additional Sam's Cash will be awarded to members monthly instead of annually.
"Our membership team at Sam's Club is relentlessly focused on creating innovative ways to deliver value and convenience to our members—Sam's Cash is the latest example of how we're fulfilling that commitment," Scott Ludwig, VP of membership for Bentonville, Ark.-based Sam's Club, said in an online blog. "We know our members get excited when they see their membership pay for itself through the rewards they earn, and this is just another way we're helping make their dollar stretch even further."
