A “Voice AI Marketer Toolkit,” released by Hi Auto, will enable quick service restaurants (QSRs) to leverage the diaglogue between customers and the brand at the drive-thru. The toolkit allows marketers to engage in A/B testing and provides tailored voices to help brands connect more fully with customers. Menu optimization is also included in the offering.

  • A/B testing abilities that can be applied to control groups (stores) to determine successful scripts

“Laugh, Cry, Share, Buy: How TV & Streaming Influences Gen Z More Than Leading Social Platforms” Report Released
 
The Video Advertising Bureau (VAB) released its “Laugh, Cry, Share, Buy: How TV & Streaming Influences Gen Z More Than Leading Social Platforms” report, which reveals that Gen Z is more influenced by TV and streaming content than social media. Hub Entertainment Research worked alongside VAB to produce the report.
 
“Often headlines would have you believe social media is the-end-all-be-all for reaching Gen Z. But here’s what we found: TV and streaming content excels in engaging Gen Z audiences, often surpassing social channels in both impact and influence,” said Danielle DeLauro, Executive Vice President, VAB. “While, at the end of day, streaming and social media ultimately complement each other, the emotional connection that streaming evokes is undeniable. The platforms and brands that make the conscious decision to continue leaning into that connection will be the ones primed to drive the most engagement, sales, and, importantly, brand loyalty among these young customers.”
 
Revelations in the report include: 

  • 42% of Gen Z audiences are more apt to cry when viewing streaming content/TV than when watching videos on TikTok

  • Gen Z will make time to watch TV and stream content

  • Gen Z’s clothing choices are impacted by what actors and celebrities are wearing on TV and in shows accessed by streaming over what was worn in a YouTube video
