Lowe’s Partners to Deliver Beds to Families in Need
Lowe's recently joined Sleep in Heavenly Peace and thousands of volunteers for the fourth annual Bunks Across America event to build and deliver quality bunk beds to children and families in need.
Over 175 local Sleep in Heavenly Peace chapters and national partners united to build over 7,500 beds in a single day. Lowe's associates from more than 30 stores participated in bunk bed builds, with more than two-dozen of those stores hosting parking lot builds. The company is also contributed more than $350,000 of product to support the builds.
Lands’ End and Blake Shelton Collaborate on Collection
Lands’ End and Blake Shelton announced a fall and holiday collection – Blake Shelton x Lands' End. The collaboration will offer apparel for every member of the family, including pets, as well as items for the home. The Lands’ End x Blake Shelton collection will feature men’s, women’s and kids’ apparel, spanning layers, denim and graphic tees, as well as pet essentials like beds and bandanas and home finds, including faux fur throws, percale sheets and more.
Lands’ End will donate a portion of each purchase from the Blake Shelton x Lands’ End collection to Habitat for Humanity.
Panda Express Launches Plant-Based Orange Chicken
Panda Express recently announced the return of its Beyond The Original Orange Chicken. Available nationwide for a limited time while supplies last, the entrée is co-developed with Beyond Meat to capture the texture and flavor of The Original Orange Chicken, while giving guests the flavor they know and love as a plant-based option.
Panda is the first national Asian restaurant concept to serve Beyond Meat across the U.S. Beyond The Original Orange Chicken was first introduced as a limited launch across Southern California and New York City in 2021, selling out across several locations in less than two weeks. In addition, guests who purchase a Beyond The Original Orange Chicken bowl online using the code ‘BEYOND’ will receive another free entrée of choice for a limited time.
