Scotch & Soda Partners with Flaunt on Web3 Loyalty Program
Scotch & Soda is partnering with Flaunt to turn the Club Soda 3.0 community into a Web3 loyalty program. The fashion brand designed the new program as a complement to their traditional loyalty program: Club Soda.

Brands Improve Customer Experience with Sustainable Packaging
Brands switching to sustainable packaging are finding an improved customer experience in addition to building emotional loyalty. The new packaging is often easier to open than plastic packaging, resulting in less frustration for customers trying to open products.
Brands like Lego and Barbie have piloted paper and cardboard packaging. The result helps both the brands’ sustainability efforts and user experience, inspiring them to expand usage. The Lego Group plans to move away from all plastic packaging by 2025, and other brands are following suit.
Fanatics Pilots Live-Streamed Shopping Experience
Hoping to lead the market, Fanatics Inc. will open a new live-streamed shopping experience in the U.S. The brand brought in Nick Bell from Google for the position of CEO in the new business venture.
