Loyalty Reads: Scotch & Soda Partners with Flaunt, Brands Improve Customer Experience with Sustainable Packaging, and More

Scotch & Soda Partners with Flaunt on Web3 Loyalty Program

Scotch & Soda is partnering with Flaunt to turn the Club Soda 3.0 community into a Web3 loyalty program. The fashion brand designed the new program as a complement to their traditional loyalty program: Club Soda.

The partnership draws on Flaunt’s modular platform to create and provide rewards for digital asset owners. Scotch & Soda will use Flaunt to manage and track digital rewards for the loyalty members.

Brands like Lego and Barbie have piloted paper and cardboard packaging. The result helps both the brands’ sustainability efforts and user experience, inspiring them to expand usage. The Lego Group plans to move away from all plastic packaging by 2025, and other brands are following suit.

Fanatics Pilots Live-Streamed Shopping Experience

Hoping to lead the market, Fanatics Inc. will open a new live-streamed shopping experience in the U.S. The brand brought in Nick Bell from Google for the position of CEO in the new business venture.

Live-streamed shopping has not become popular in the U.S. yet, even though companies like Walmart and TikTok have invested in it. However, the space has found popularity in other markets, like in China, and Fanatics’ new investments are designed to put them at the forefront of the market.
