The Home Depot is expanding its Pro digital experience to better support contractors, remodelers, and builders by offering a centralized platform to manage projects, materials, and business operations.
The upgraded workspace, available to Pro Xtra members, is designed to reduce inefficiencies caused by disconnected tools and help professionals save time. It introduces project management capabilities alongside purchasing, allowing users to plan jobs, track deliveries in real time, schedule complex orders, and access organized purchase histories.
This initiative is part of The Home Depot’s broader effort to build an integrated ecosystem tailored to professional customers. The tools are free for Pro Xtra members and accessible via desktop or mobile, with additional perks like personalized pricing and rewards.
Key features include an AI-powered material list builder for faster project planning and shared access for team collaboration. The platform also connects Pros directly with Home Depot support for guidance on product selection.
The Home Depot Executive Vice President of Pro, Mike Rowe, said, “Pros run their business from the truck, the jobsite, and our aisles – not a desk. Our upgraded Pro site experience provides tools that work the way Pros do, by integrating project management into their mobile workspace to help them oversee entire jobs, not just individual purchases. And the best part is that all of these tools are available through one supplier.”
The Home Depot will sponsor Pro Xtra Week from March 23, 2026, through March 29, 2026, an in-store and online celebration offering giveaways, exclusive savings, and vendor demos.
