Hilton Introduces Apartment Collection by Hilton, Expanding Into Flexible Apartment-Style Stays

Hilton has announced the launch of Apartment Collection by Hilton, a new lodging category designed to meet growing demand for spacious, flexible, apartment-style accommodations backed by Hilton’s trusted hospitality standards. Available for booking through Hilton’s channels in the first half of 2026, the new collection will debut with U.S. properties developed in partnership with Placemakr, an established operator specializing in short-term and extended-stay furnished apartments across urban and suburban markets. The initiative builds on Hilton’s existing inventory of approximately 10,000 apartment-style units, with plans to add up to 3,000 more through this partnership and future franchise agreements.

Apartment Collection by Hilton will feature fully furnished studios through four-bedroom apartments designed for a wide range of travel needs, from family vacations and group getaways to extended business stays. Each property will offer chef-ready kitchens, separate living spaces, on-site laundry, and access to amenities such as fitness centers, with select locations also featuring rooftop pools, communal workspaces, dining, and retail. Located in high-demand destinations, the properties are intended to blend local character with the consistency, service, and reliability associated with Hilton, including 24/7 on-site support teams. All Apartment Collection by Hilton stays will integrate with Hilton’s booking platform and Hilton Honors loyalty program, allowing members to earn and redeem points while enjoying standard benefits like member discounts and free Wi-Fi. Initial destinations will include New York City, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta.
