Lowe’s Relaunches its Pro Loyalty Program

Lowe’s has revamped its Pro loyalty program, transitioning from the MVP’s Pro Rewards & Partnership Program to the newly designed MyLowe’s Pro Rewards. This free program is tailored specifically for small to mid-sized professionals, enabling members to earn points starting from their first dollar spent at sign-up. The initiative aims to provide an intuitive experience similar to Lowe’s homeowner loyalty program but has additional features that cater to professional needs.

Members of the MyLowe’s Pro Rewards can accumulate points on eligible purchases, which can be redeemed for merchandise, sports memorabilia, gift cards to support their business, volume discounts, and business tools. Customers who use their MyLowe’s Pro Rewards Credit Card also will save 5% every day on eligible purchases and can get a free upgrade to the Platinum Pro status.

The new MyLowe’s Reward program also includes benefits such as free standard shipping on eligible items, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, and access to volume discounts on eligible quotes of $1,500 or more. Members can track their points progress using their customized app, as well as easily re-order from previous purchases, and receive recommendations.

The program has three tiers: Gold Pro, Platinum Pro, and Titanium Pro, that includes new benefits at each status level. All new members will start at the Gold Pro status and can increase to a new tier as they shop.
This new relaunch is designed with Lowe’s customers in mind, showcasing that all members, no matter their status, receive more when they choose Lowe’s first.
