JetBlue has introduced two major upgrades to its TrueBlue® loyalty program, giving travelers more flexibility and control over how they earn and use points.
The airline is launching TrueBlue Subscriptions—and an offering for U.S. airlines that expands redemption options so customers can use points for select travel extras.
The updates are designed to make the program more personalized, helping members get more value from every trip.
The new subscription feature, called “Points On Repeat,” allows members to earn points consistently through monthly or annual plans. Travelers can choose from three tiers—Points Traveler, Points Adventurer, and Points Trailblazer—based on their travel habits.
Higher tiers unlock added perks like bonus points on flights and redemption rebates. Frequent flyers, including Mosaic® members and JetBlue Plus, Premier, and Business credit cardholders, can earn even more points per dollar spent and receive up to 20% back on award redemptions.
Points earned through subscriptions never expire, have no blackout dates, and can be shared with family and friends.
JetBlue VP of Loyalty and Personalization, Ed Pouthier, said, “TrueBlue has always been about delivering real value with rewards that go further and meet our customers’ travel preferences and expectations. With Points On Repeat and the ability to use points for extras, we’re giving our customers more control, more flexibility and more ways to make every trip their own while earning and saving along the way.”
JetBlue is also broadening how points can be used beyond airfare. Customers can now redeem TrueBlue points for extras like seat upgrades, checked bags, pet travel fees, and priority security access. These enhancements make it easier for travelers to customize their experience while maximizing the value of their rewards.
With no blackout dates and low starting redemption levels, TrueBlue continues to position itself as one of the most flexible airline loyalty programs available.
