Ford Motor Company: Finalist Preview in Customer Loyalty Innovation and Transformation Category

Jason Sprawka, the Global Director of Customer Experience at Ford Motor Company, speaks about being a finalist for the 2021 Loyalty360 Awards in the Customer Loyalty Innovation and Transformation category that will be given during Loyalty Expo in October.

Sprawka spoke with Loyalty360 CEO Mark Johnson about the campaign.



The FordPass Rewards program was launched in April 2019 and has since grown to more than 8 million members. FordPass was designed and built with a mobile-first approach, and it’s a key element of APP, their mobile application. FordPass is a currency-based loyalty platform that allows members to earn Points for vehicle purchases, dealership service and engagement with the Ford brand.

Those Points can be redeemed toward a future vehicle, service, and parts and accessories — with more redemption options coming in 2021. FordPass is clearly the best in its class and one of the stronger loyalty programs in North America. Their value proposition of up to 10% back on dealership transactions is the highest in the industry — and higher than most loyalty programs in general.
