B.Good Announces Launch of New Rewards Program

Loyalty programs are not just for large QSR or fast casual restaurants.  In fact, all categories within the dining industry are seeing the value from a customer loyalty program. For example, farm-to-table fast casual chain B.Good has announced the launch of its new loyalty rewards program, B.Good Rewards. The tiered program, which will go live on March 21, will award customers one point for each dollar spent, with points redeemable in 50-, 75-, and 100-point increments. Customers can redeem 50 points for a free side or beverage for breakfast or lunch. Customers can redeem 75 points for a free smoothie, a breakfast entrée, or a kids meal. Finally, customers can redeem 100 points for a free burrito, a bowl, or a salad.
 
“We know that today’s consumers crave both greater transparency and personalization, and B.Good Rewards meets both of those needs,” says Chief Marketing Officer Brent Feldman. “Now, users can get rewarded faster, redeem rewards more frequently and, at any given time, know how many more points they need to unlock a gift.”
 
The program will allow the franchise to develop improved relationships with customers and provide offers and information most relevant to them. “For instance,” says Feldman, “if their purchase behavior indicates they’re vegetarian, we’re not serving them offers about something like our seasonal Maple Bacon Burger.”
 
B.Good Rewards will also let customers unlock special bonuses and features, including a free side with signup, a free meal on rewards member’s birthday, early access to new menu items, and exclusive double-points days.

Additionally, rewards members will have the option to do good through the loyalty program by donating their points to a network of 25 community partners within the B.Good footprint. The program will be available through the newly launched B.Good application and through online ordering.
 
The app features advance ordering, dietary filters, a status tracker, and additional nutritional information for the products B.Good offers. It is available at the Apple App Store, at Google Play, and at Order.BGOOD.com.
