A preferred hotel partner for the Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix 2024, Marriott Bonvoy anticipates more guests at its 10 Melbourne hotels March 21 – 24, 2024. The partnership celebrates five years between the global hotelier and the racing event. Guests will be served curated experiences, which include chances to visit racing pits and meet F1 drivers.

“Marriott Bonvoy’s purpose is to connect people through the power of travel and there is no greater platform to do that than Formula 1,” says Sean Hunt, Marriott International Area Vice President of Australia, New Zealand and Pacific.

Additionally, deluxe hospitality will be available in the Marriott Bonvoy Lounge, providing prime racing views and unique experiences for select members, corporate clients, members of the media, and special guests. Potbelly’s Fourth Quarter Spurs Perks Program Changes

In an effort to increase digital sales following the release of its fourth-quarter earnings, the Chicago-based brand Potbelly made changes to its Perks loyalty program in early 2024. The modifications enabled program members to earn rewards more quickly while providing increased menu choices for redemption.

Spurred on by the increased percentage (40%) of digital business revealed in the fourth-quarter report, the brand put changes in place to continue its growth.

“We continue to see a shift in our digital business away from third-party channels and toward Potbelly-owned app, web and Perks-originated orders. Specifically, on Perks, our effort to increase Perks loyalty program member acquisition and activation continues to bear fruit, as we grew Perks acquisition by an impressive 87% during the fourth quarter,” says Bob Wright, Potbelly CEO and President.

Potbelly has also improved in-store efficiencies by implementing its Potbelly Digital Kitchen software. The sandwich brand counts 425+ U.S. restaurants, which includes 80+ franchised shops.
