It’s a Mane Event: Great Clips Celebrates Hockey Hair in Annual Campaign
The annual “Show Your Flow” campaign from Great Clips—the NHL’s and NHLPA’s official hair salon—is back, inviting hockey fans to share pictures and videos of their distinctive “Hockey Hair” flow. Luxurious locks will be judged by fans, hockey players, and Great Clips reps, and after the final round, six lucky masters of the mane will be inducted into the Hockey Hair Hall of Fame. Fans will be able to vote at GreatClips.com/HockeyHair after the first round of voting is completed.
“As the official hair salon of the NHL and NHLPA for the last five years, we’ve enjoyed spotlighting great Hockey Hair flows across this sport—from the players to the fans. And through a new partnership renewal with the NHL and NHLPA, we’re looking forward to continuing our celebration of Hockey Hair as well as offering quality haircuts to fans everywhere for years to come,” said Lisa Hake, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Great Clips, Inc.
The campaign runs until May 5, 2024, and photos featuring Hockey Hair can be uploaded to Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok. Entrants must use hashtags #ShowYourFlow and #Contest and tag @GreatClips. Additional requirements are in place for those participating on Facebook. Inductees will win NHL game tickets, gift cards to Great Clips and NHLShop.com, and autographed pucks, as well as enjoy the spotlight on Great Clips online channels.
