Levi Strauss & Co. will use artificial intelligence to generate models for its online products. The company plans to use the ai to supplement its human models. 

The ai model initiative is designed to create a more diverse and inclusive experience for online shoppers. In addition to the ai models, Levi Strauss plans to diversify its human models as well. 

 

Red Robin Partners with Blessings in a Backpack 

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews announced a partnership with Blessings in a Backpack to fight childhood hunger. The non-profit provides children in need with backpacks full of nutritious, easy-to-prepare meals to make sure they have enough to eat on weekends and holidays when they don’t receive school lunches. 

To raise funds, Red Robin will give guests the option to donate $1, $5, or $10 to Blessings in a Backpack through the table-top tablet during checkout. Additionally, Red Robin will host local and national promotions to raise funds for the non-profit. 

 

Instacart Helps Local Grocers Boost Customer Loyalty with Coupon Promotions 

Instacart will add targeted promotion tools for local grocers to retain deal-chasing customers. The Instacart Marketing Solutions suite allows grocers to access data and insights on discount campaign effectiveness. 

The Marketing Solutions program offers grocers three tiers: self-service, campaign management, and strategic partnership. The feature allows consumers to sign up for a grocer’s loyalty program directly through the Instacart platform, helping drive customer loyalty engagement.
