Chipotle Adds New Protein Option 

Chipotle Mexican Grill announced its new Chicken al Pastor option to its protein lineup. Chipotle will launch the limited time offer with $0 delivery fees on orders. 

Chipotle added the chicken al pastor option after a recent report listed it as one of the fastest growing Mexican dishes. The protein option is made with Chipotle’s Responsibly Raised® chicken and a marinade of adobo, morita peppers, ground achiote, and pineapple.  


Walmart Pilots Social Commerce Creator Platform 

Walmart is beta-testing a platform to bring creators, content, and commerce together as part of the brand’s next move in social media strategy and digital presence. Walmart Creator will be a digital platform to monetize shoppable products and build relationships with social media creators. 

The platform is designed to reach consumers in the digital spaces where they already frequent. The platform is designed to increase product discovery by leveraging partnerships with content creators. 


Amazon Launches New Campaign to Highlight Inclusivity 

Amazon released its latest marketing campaign during the 2023 Oscars using an ad directed by Olivia Wilde. The ad, called “Tache” is about a woman finding products on Amazon to learn how to embrace her unwanted facial hair. 

The ad is the first of a series Amazon will use to highlight inclusivity in its product offerings. The advertisements will be directed by, or feature, celebrities.
