Dallas, TX, September 11, 2009—(PR.com)—We’ve all heard the reports on the news, in our offices and at dinner tables around the country. Companies are implementing wage freezes, pay cuts and ceasing retirement and bonus contributions. A recent survey by Watson Wyatt Worldwide Inc. indicated that only 33% of companies were planning on reversing pay cuts or wage freezes in the next six months and only 24% of companies were planning on reversing cuts to retirement plan contributions in that same period. Employers are looking to employee engagement as a possible way to improve their organizations.
