Wyndham Hotels & Resorts recently launched its 2025 Global Conference at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, uniting thousands of hotel owners, suppliers, and employees. Emphasizing a future-focused vision, company leaders unveiled several initiatives to boost guest satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and increase franchisee profitability while lowering costs. From cutting-edge technology to enhanced marketing, Wyndham reaffirmed its commitment to prioritizing hotel owners and aligning innovation with owner needs and long-term business success.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts President and CEO Geoff Ballotti said, “As the world’s largest hotel franchisor, we believe in putting hotel owners first. That means listening to their needs and responding with solutions that help them take their business to the next level. Whether it’s our #1 rated rewards program, our best-in-class technology, or our top-tier sales, marketing, and operational support—everything we do, every decision that we make, is grounded in their long-term success.”

A key highlight of the conference was the debut of several technology upgrades. Wyndham Connect PLUS, an AI-powered guest engagement platform, now includes self-service check-in, available for free piloting by eligible franchisees through the year’s end. Additionally, the introduction of Wyndham Gateway offers a centralized Wi-Fi login system that creates new revenue opportunities without imposing loyalty program requirements. Together, these tools help streamline guest interactions while reducing labor costs and enhancing the hotel experience.

On the operations front, Wyndham announced major enhancements in procurement and insurance. The launch of Wyndham Marketplace and Wyndham PriceIQ enables owners to source brand-approved products at competitive rates more efficiently. A partnership with sbe’s Everybody Eats introduces scalable, chef-driven food solutions that require minimal infrastructure. Meanwhile, new insurance options through HUB International provide franchisees with access to better, more affordable coverage that meets brand standards, addressing a critical challenge in the hospitality industry.

Wyndham also expanded its loyalty and marketing efforts. Wyndham Rewards® now offers members the chance to redeem points for premium experiences through partnerships with Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, and others. In addition, Wyndham’s collaboration with Applebee’s will allow guests to earn rewards through mobile orders delivered to their hotel rooms.
