Krispy Kreme® Expands C-Sweet with Search for Chief Doughnut Dreamer
With its return of “Fan Favs,” Krispy Kreme® is expanding its C-Sweet by accepting applications for the role of Chief Doughnut Dreamer. Until June 18, 2023, fans of the doughnut chain can apply via social media for a chance to join the brand’s Innovation Team at the company’s headquarters in Charlotte, N.C.
The first-ever Chief Doughnut Dreamer will be responsible for creating their signature Fan Fav doughnut, which will be available to fans. To apply, fans need to share a video on Instagram or Twitter that shows they are Chief Doughnut Dreamer material. Additionally, the winner will receive a free year of doughnuts.
Cracker Barrel Announces Rewards Program Beta Test
Cracker Barrel will launch a beta test of its upcoming rewards program in July 2023. The points-based program will function across all the restaurant chain’s channels and feature gamified elements.
Following decreased traffic over the company’s fiscal Q4 2023, Cracker Barrel hopes the new rewards program will increase engagement with the brand and drive footfall in restaurants. The program will stand out from competition because members can earn and redeem points across both the restaurant and retail operations.
Margaritaville Vacation Club® Atlanta Partners with Georgia Aquarium
Margaritaville Vacation Club®’s latest location in Atlanta announced a partnership with Georgia Aquarium’s Dolphin Coast presentation and gallery. Launching the partnership, Margaritaville will donate $10,000 to Georgia Aquarium’s Sponsored Education Admissions (SEA) Grant, providing free self-guided admission to Title I Schools.
Featuring daily 15-minute, trainer-led dolphin presentations, the gallery will be rebranded as the Margaritaville Vacation Club Dolphin Coast. The lobby of the gallery will add habitats for the roseate spoonbill and scarlet ibis, allowing aquarium guests to see the birds up close and learn about the diversity and balance of coastal ecosystems.
