Omni Hotels & Resorts Enhances Select Guest Loyalty Program

Members of Omni Hotels & Resorts’ Select Guest Loyalty Program now benefit from the activities they engage in on the property. Recognition for dining on-site, playing golf, or even enjoying the spa will produce more reward opportunities based on spend. The program enhancement helps guests achieve a higher tier more quickly and enjoy exclusive benefits while earning free stays. The program’s improved membership levels — Member, Insider, Champion, and Icon Status — allow guests to experience more recognition and unique amenities.

“Amidst a landscape where many loyalty programs are reducing benefits, we’re genuinely adding value to our Member experience. The goal is to inspire our guests to explore more destinations and engage in more unique activities while staying at our properties, in turn creating a truly immersive experience that goes beyond traditional hospitality. We call it ‘Rewards Beyond The Room,’” says Josh Belkin, Vice President of Loyalty & Customer Engagement at Omni Hotels & Resorts

On-property Loyalty Ambassadors are designed to elevate the Member experience. Benefits such as a welcome drink and free Wi-Fi are available for all Members of the loyalty program, with guests in higher tiers offered great rewards, such as complimentary room upgrades and morning beverage delivery. Members at the top two tiers can earn free nights faster, and those with Icon Status enjoy increased perks, including chef-created dishes, pressing and shoe-shining services, and much more.

Achieving a higher status within the Select Guest Loyalty Program is possible after as little as one stay, depending on spend. Additionally, each night spent at an Omni Hotel or Resort offers at least 5 Omni Credits. More can be earned through on-property purchases.
