Salesforce Develops First Generative AI for CRM 

Salesforce launches Einstein GPT, the first generative AI CRM technology. The technology infuses Salesforce’s proprietary AI models with generative AI using the Salesforce Data Cloud and an ecosystem of partners. 

Leveraging OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Einstein GPT will allow brands to improve CRM through auto-generation of tasks for: 

  • Sales: create email, scheduling meetings, preparation for customer interactions 

  • Service: create articles from case notes and personalized agent responses 

  • Marketing: create personalized content in email, mobile, web, and ads 

  • Slack Customer 360 apps: deliver AI-powered summaries and knowledge articles 

  • Developers: generate code and ask questions 

 

Great Clips® Hosts March Madness Giveaway 

Great Clips® launched a giveaway for March Madness, allowing college basketball fans to win travel and tickets to the NCAA Men’s or Women’s Final Four®. Called the Hats Off Sweepstakes, entrants must submit a video showcasing their hairstyles through flipping their hats off. 

Winners will receive two tickets to their choice of either the Men’s or Women’s Final Four®, roundtrip airfare, hotel stays, and $300 for food and transportation. Additionally, Great Clip® will partner with NCAA basketball players, college basketball fans, and trick shot artists to promote the giveaway. 

 

Amtrak Offers Double Points on Travel 

Amtrak Guest Rewards members will earn double points for all travel until Apr. 28, 2023. To access the promotion, members must register for the double points and book their travel within the timeframe. 

Earned points can be redeemed for travel, upgrades gift cards, and more. Amtrak Guest Rewards is a free program. New users can sign up and immediately access the double points for this spring travel season.
