JetBlue has announced plans to unveil the brand’s first airport lounges set to open at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) by late 2025. The new lounges will offer exclusive benefits for top-tier TrueBlue Mosaic® members and those holding a soon-to-be-released premium credit card by JetBlue.
JetBlue President Marty St. George commented, “Customers have asked for a JetBlue lounge for years and we can’t wait to unveil our take in New York and Boston. Lounges have become an essential offering for the growing numbers of customers seeking premium experiences, and JetBlue’s lounges will further boost the value of our TrueBlue loyalty program as we expand our portfolio of JetBlue credit cards.”
The lounges will provide a much-needed retreat for JetBlue’s most loyal customers as the airline expands its premium offerings in the air and on the ground. Complimentary lounge access will be granted to holders of the upcoming premium JetBlue credit card, TrueBlue Mosaic 4 members, and customers flying in the transatlantic Mint class. Mosaic 4 members and credit cardholders can also have a guest accompany them into the lounge at no extra charge. Depending on availability, some customers may be able to purchase day passes or guest passes. All of JetBlue’s customers can buy an annual pass.
JetBlue is also enhancing its TrueBlue Mosaic® loyalty program. Mosaic 4 members will enjoy complimentary lounge access, and starting in 2025, the program will introduce new perks like additional Move to Mint certificates, allowing members to enjoy JetBlue’s premium Mint service more frequently.
JetBlue’s new lounges will blend functionality and fun. The JFK lounge is designed to be 8,000 square feet, while Boston’s will cover 11,000 square feet. Both spaces will feature areas designed for relaxation, work, and socializing, with complimentary food, beverages, and free Wi-Fi.
