Hampton by Hilton Reveals “Refreshed” Brand Identity, Remains Dedicated To Enhancing Customer Experience

Hampton by Hilton engaged the Jones Knowles Ritchie (JKR) agency to design a unique brand identity that would help the brand communicate its innovation and commitment to prioritizing guest-centricity in the hospitality industry. A “refreshed” image pulls from Hampton’s signature history while showcasing the brand’s growth worldwide. Leveraging visual cues — a combination of language and illustrations — guests will be engaged by Hampton’s embracing of diversity in a world of pleasant travel experiences. JKR delivered a tailored script for Hampton’s messaging, as well as custom typography and a precise color palette. During the process, Hampton also zeroed in on two experiences it wanted to present to guests: the excellent sleep they would enjoy at Hampton and the Hampton Waffle. The brand will introduce seasonal waffle choices and even incorporate the tasty icon into team member uniforms. 

Additionally, Hampton by Hilton announced an exciting new prototype for its North American properties, with plans to open the first hotel in 2025. The refreshed look will allow more flexibility when responding to market considerations and addressing site limitations. The prototype will also better ensure the guest experience continues to be elevated.

Planned updates for both Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites include optimizing the Hampton Inn & Suites room layouts while leveraging an increased key count within the existing footprint, facilitating cost-savings, improving the overall exterior of properties, creating a better Guest Welcome experience, extra room enhancements and updated design, and two “Décor Packages” with inspiration drawn from U.S. cities and landscapes across the county.
