NEW YORK, Jan. 26—RAPP announced that Tracey Brown has been appointed to the position of Managing Director of its Dallas office, one of the largest of RAPP’s operations globally. In this role, Tracey will steward relationships with RAPP’s clients in the Dallas area, as well as drive the agency’s teams to challenge and inspire creative business solutions for clients.

 

Formerly SVP of Client Services/Account Management at RAPP, Tracey set the strategic direction for the agency’s client engagements that has ultimately mapped the course for the work the agency does. Her vision is to deliver on the RAPP Brand Promise of Customer Obsession, which is the company’s commitment to counseling and enabling clients to succeed in the ever-changing Consumerscape.

In her previous role at RAPP, Tracey developed innovative retention and renewal programs for top clients, created successful viral/social campaigns to drive sales for a new product launch in the high-tech category and revolutionized the loyalty marketing for a key travel/hospitality client.

Prior to joining RAPP, Tracey served as Chief Operating Officer for direct marketing agency Direct Impact (now called Engauge). Other roles include Director of Worldwide Consumer Marketing for a high-technology client – where she helped drive the market share and profitability for the client’s $2 billion consumer business. As Senior Consultant with Pepper and Rogers Group, she designed a wide range of customer relationship management strategies and tactics for a number of clients in various industries.
