And because it is web-based, there is no need for customers to download an app at all. The customer simply visits a URL on their mobile browser and signs into their Mobelio account, which provides them access to a web-based stamp card to collect their stamps. Stamps are easily given by the business owner through some sort of pin number or scanning technology.

But the real value add is in the data collection that Mobelio provides. Customers provide their name, email, and phone number to start their account, which all can be accessed by the business. Mobelio also allows business owners to track behaviors based on customer actions. It is possible to monitor purchase history, like how many stamps a customer has collected or when they received their last stamp, and use this insight to drive engagement. With built-in SMS and email functionality, Mobelio makes it easy to follow-up with customers with a click of a button.

What’s more is that customers can be segmented and targeted with Mobelio’s “Micro Filtering” technology for tailored messaging. For example, business owners can see customers who are frequent buyers and those who have been away for some time, and strategically engage or reward these different groups to drive sales.
