In October at the Responsys Leaders Forum 2009 in San Francisco, Responsys launched the all new Responsys Interact Suite, a comprehensive set of newly integrated products and capabilities that gives marketers a single, collaborative solution to plan, execute, optimize, and manage marketing campaigns and multi-stage programs across email, mobile, social and web channels. Acquired Digital Marketing Services Firm Smith-Harmon

Also in October, Responsys entered into an agreement to acquire Smith-Harmon Inc., an award-winning digital marketing services firm with a world-class client list.
