Cristina Lawrence brings digital PR expertise to renowned Social Influence Marketing practice
Chicago, IL January 26, 2010—Razorfish, one of the world’s largest digital agencies, hired Cristina Lawrence, a 10-year veteran of digital communications and marketing, as director of digital word-of-mouth marketing in the agency’s Chicago office. She joins a national practice that manages clients’ day-to-day presence on social media platforms.
Lawrence, who has worked within the digital practices at agencies such as Edelman and Fleishman-Hillard, has extensive experience in using word-of-mouth and social media tools to create brand awareness, foster loyalty and open up a dialogue with consumers.

In her role, Lawrence will focus on building reciprocal, authentic relationships between online communities and a client’s brand. She will manage the outreach and ongoing maintenance of a client’s Social Influence Marketing program, research and interact with niche community sites - beyond Facebook and Twitter - and cultivate relationships with social media influencers.
Lawrence was named to the role in November. She will focus on clients in the Razorfish Central region, which includes offices in Atlanta, Austin and Chicago, and work in partnership with the social media teams in other regional offices.
