Interise Uses Feedback Solution to Prove Job Creation in 30 Cities     Nationwide

DULLES, Va.—Vovici, the leading provider of Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM)      solutions, today announced that Interise,      a nonprofit organization aimed at economic revitalization in     lower-income, urban communities, has leveraged Vovici to provide     transparency into the effectiveness of its innovative entrepreneurship     development program.

Interise operates at the intersection of two of the hottest topics of     the day—job creation and accountability. Interise’s small business       development membership has been responsible for creating hundreds of     jobs over the past few years in under-resourced, inner-cities all over     the U.S. While its mission places it squarely within the spotlight of     top priorities for today’s government and social leaders, Interise is     dedicated to delivering real results. “Typically, nonprofits rely on     things like institutional loyalty or belief in a cause rather than       financial and organizational performance and potential social impact,”      says Jeff Kessner, evaluation manager, Interise. “We strive to show     tangible results and real change.
