According to a recent survey by Realtor.com®, NFL fandom significantly influences homebuying choices for many football enthusiasts, with approximately one in five fans reporting their loyalty played a key role in the search for a home. Among these fans, 18% were drawn to specific home features, like a covered porch or built-in bar.
Meanwhile, 20% prioritized layouts with spaces like basements or home theater entertainment rooms, and 18% sought cities or locations near stadiums. Two-thirds of those surveyed said watching....
