Fuego Tortilla Grill Launches New Loyalty Program
Fuego Tortilla Grill, a Texas-based fast-casual restaurant chain known for its bold Tex-Mex flavors, has launched a new loyalty program and revamped website to enhance customer engagement and support future growth. These digital upgrades are part of the brand’s strategy to deepen guest relationships and personalize the dining experience.
“At Fuego Tortilla Grill, we’ve always believed in going big on flavor and never holding back. Whether you’re dining in, picking up, or ordering through the app, our guests know to expect a fully loaded experience…That’s the spirit we are bringing to our digital transformation,” said Adam Griffith, VP of Technology at Uncommon Brands. Fuego Tortilla Grill is partnering with Thanx for this next digital growth phase. This platform offers everything the company needs for guest loyalty, CRM, email marketing, segmentation, web ordering, and mobile app builder.
Best of all, guests will start earning rewards as soon as they sign up, like free chips and queso for joining the program. Additionally, members will earn one point for every dollar spent, and they can redeem 100 points for any taco on the menu. These points can be redeemed on Fuego’s new mobile app or on their online ordering platform.

Atlante Launches myAtlante Tribe
Atlante, a prominent developer of fast and ultra-fast EV charging stations in Southern Europe, has introduced the myAtlante Tribe loyalty program to incentivize electric vehicle drivers. This initiative allows users to earn ‘Green Gems’, which are loyalty points that are awarded for each kilowatt-hour charged using the myAtlante app or RFID card. For every 500 Green Gems accumulated, members receive a €5 voucher applicable to future charging sessions.
The myAtlante Tribe program is seamlessly integrated into the myAtlante app. Once registered, users can join the loyalty program for free and start collecting Green Gems immediately. The app also facilitates easy redemptions for vouchers, which are automatically added to the user’s wallet upon reaching the required points. Drivers can typically unlock their first reward after approximately five sessions, enhancing the overall charging experience.
Atlante’s charging infrastructure in Portugal encompasses around 1,000 charging points strategically located at supermarkets, shopping centers, residential areas, and city hubs. The myAltante app extends its functionality across the entire public charging network connected to Mobi.e, simplifying the charging process for users.

Airbnb Explores Intro to New Loyalty Program
Airbnb is exploring the introduction of a new membership program, as revealed by CEO Brian Chesky in a recent interview with The Points Guy. While the company has historically lacked a traditional loyalty program, Chesky hinted at a forthcoming initiative that diverges from conventional points-based systems.
“I’m not sure exactly [if] Amazon’s Prime’s the right analogy, but I do think there is maybe a paid subscription that we could look at that’s an elevated level of service that could be really interesting,” Chesky said. Traditional hotel loyalty programs have members work hard for their earnings, whereas a paid subscription service can offer an immediate reward.
While specific details about the membership program remain under wraps, Chesky’s comments suggest that Airbnb aims to create a system that rewards users in a novel and engaging way, without relying on traditional loyalty structures. This approach could appeal to a broader range of travelers, including those wo may not travel frequently enough to benefit from standard loyalty programs. As Airbnb continues to innovate, the anticipated membership program may redefine how the company fosters customer loyalty and enhances user experience.
