DraftKings Rolls Out Crown Cash to Simplify Rewards Across Its Platforms

DraftKings has introduced Crown Cash, a new rewards currency designed to make its DraftKings Rewards loyalty program simpler and more connected. Available to eligible customers across DraftKings Casino, Sportsbook, Daily Fantasy Sports, Jackpocket, and Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Crown Cash lets customers see the value of their earned rewards in dollars and use them directly across eligible DraftKings experiences. The company also plans to expand Crown Cash to additional offerings, including DraftKings Predictions, as part of its broader Super App strategy. 

The updated DraftKings Rewards program retains its five annual tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Onyx—while adding new benefits such as Casino Weekly Bonus Back, Birthday Bonus, and Crown Cash Boosts. Depending on eligibility and tier, customers can also receive personalized promotions, travel and hospitality opportunities, Elite and Milestone Rewards, and exclusive sports and entertainment experiences. Alongside the revamped loyalty program, DraftKings continues to highlight responsible engagement tools, including deposit limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
