I recently read about a new survey that measured happiness in the workplace based on asking the question, “What do you want?” Wouldn’t it be great if it were just that simple? Ask me what I want, give it to me and then I’m happy and productive. Kids say they want candy, but we don’t always give it to them because we know they need fruits and vegetables to really be healthy and happy.
People are complex. So are truly effective loyalty and motivation programs....
