Forbes has just unveiled its annual list of the nation’s richest people, a much-anticipated celebration of wealth and success. The Forbes 400 is just one of countless examples of how we as a society glorify leadership and encourage everyone to be leaders. There are hundreds of books on leadership, a plethora of expensive leadership consultants, and even a pithy saying about being the lead dog in the sled.
