As the company’s management team meets to review the state of the business, it is hard not to notice that a particular division has been under-performing for the third quarter in a row. The leaders take almost no time agreeing that they need to turn the situation around and make a quick decision to re-organize the division, merging it with another division, moving around teams of employees under new leadership.
