I’m pleased to say that I have been selected as a judge for the UK Customer Experience Awards 2019 in the Use of Insight and Feedback category. I’ve been a judge at the awards a couple of times now, and it’s always a really interesting day. It provides a chance to hear inspiring presentations from some of the UK’s top companies, assess their entries and (hopefully!) offer useful feedback to the finalists.
