Last week, Erika, Sue and I experienced the ETA Show in San Diego, CA. The weather was great, the conference center was right on the ocean and we learned a lot about ISOs, MSPs, and processing. This was our first time at ETA and although we didn’t have simulation race cars, a live monkey, a putting green or texas hold-em table, we still met a lot of great people.
