In the process of building our 360 platform, we were continually stepping away to ask ourselves: ‘how can we make this better?’ How could what we were building perform better for everyone who uses it, from our own administration people all the way up to the person receiving the payment at the end of the process? The most obvious answer was to do a huge amount of research and as part of that research, we spoke to over 2500 front-line retail sales associates (RSAs) and asked them all one simple question: WHAT MAKES YOU SELL THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU SELL?
