I can remember being a wee little boy in tow for weekly grocery trips with my great-grandmother and running to and fro in the back seat of that huge green Chevrolet.  It was a great way for me to spend time with her, but I was far too young to understand that then.  What I DO vividly remember is the bouncy ball on the end cap of our favorite grocery store, the Dairy Queen next door, and the S&H green stamps we received as we checked out with our full cart of groceries and supplies.  I could not wait to get home, lick those stamps and put them in the book so I could begin dreaming of goods we were sure to procure from our completed book… I had no idea of the end game that was taking place.
