Does “greatness” await Kohl’s? That is the fervent hope of Kohl’s CEO Kevin Mansell as the company’s “Greatness” agenda takes firm hold of its customer engagement goals.
During the company’s Feb. 26 fourth-quarter earnings conference call, Mansell noted that Kohl’s recorded a 3.7% in comparable sales−the highest quarterly comp since the fourth quarter of 2010.
Mansell attributed this increase to transactions per store and average transaction value.
