“Remarkable.” That pretty much sums up the National Retail Federation (NRF) Big Show held last week in New York City’s Javits’ Center. When I think about it, “Remarkable” could be applied to almost every part of the Big Show. In fact, I think this calls for a bit of Call-and-Response Self Actualization Therapy.
