As 2018 comes to a close and we turn the page to 2019, it is our tradition to pause and think about what the year ahead could bring. Like all industries, the loyalty space continues to experience massive change, and this is not going to slow in 2019. Instead, we see an industry that is more central to the marketing mix than ever before, and more essential to the ways that customers experience brands. We’re excited for the challenge this elevated role will bring.
