Despite the simplistic nature of a car wash, Mayra Chimienti knows that this experience would not exist without a tremendous change in the last couple of decades.
“[Car washes have] evolved as consumer trends have evolved, and we are now in a stage where time is of the essence, and the industry has grown with it,” says Chimienti, the Vice President of Operation Services of Mister Car Wash, which provides both interior and exterior cleaning services to vehicles.
