The bespectacled among us know the drill. Once every year or two, you get your eyes checked, and if things have changed enough (and you usually know in advance whether or not that’s the case) you get a new prescription. Once you’ve got that, you buy new lenses and, usually, you also pick up a new set of frames as well, if for no reason other than you want a change of pace.
Think about it. Vision care is an industry in which customers come only once a year....
