NASCAR and Ally Financial Inc. announced a partnership to expand Ally’s presence in the sport. Ally Bank will become the official Consumer Bank of NASCAR and NASCAR-owned tracks. This partnership builds on Ally’s current partnership with Hendrick Motorsports.
Ally will create unique fan experiences, giveaways, and fan-centric content, beginning with the “Ally Pre-Race Tailgate” at The Clash in Los Angeles. The financial institution will also curate content to celebrate fan stories, community, and work done across the cultural landscape of NASCAR as the presenting sponsor of NASCAR’s Drive for Diversity Awards.
“Ally’s ‘Do It Right’ ethos aligns perfectly with our values, and we are confident that our partnership will bring new levels of innovation and inclusivity to the industry,” says Daryl Wolfe, NASCAR’s Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer.
Through the partnership, Ally and NASCAR hope to create initiatives to attract more fans of color and LGBTQ+ audiences.
