The goal of the campaign is to reach female consumers and establish their connection to the female leaders at DICK'S Sporting Goods in order to affirm that DICK'S is a brand and company that will fight to champion women and address their concerns and needs.

Ohio Power Tool, a locally owned and operated tool distributer located in Grandview, Ohio is expanding their store and product offering with the launch of their new brand—Trade Pro Outfitters. Trade Pro Outfitters will provide apparel and safety equipment in an underserved market, acting as a one-stop shop for those who work in the trades.

First Bank Launches New Corporate Social Responsibility Program: The Power Of Good
First Bank, North Carolina's largest community bank, has created a new corporate social responsibility program its calling the Power of Good.

The Power of Good will launch with two initiatives: the first kicks off on March 19, in celebration of the International Day of Happiness on March 20. That Friday, every First Bank employee (including those of the larger holding company, First Bancorp) will be given $20 to perform good deeds for unsuspecting strangers at any time through the following Friday (March 26). With every deed done, associates will leave behind a small card encouraging the recipient to continue the chain of good and to visit www.localgooddeeds.com to share what they did to pay it forward.
 
Ulta Beauty Announces CEO Transition
Ulta Beauty, the nation’s largest beauty retailer, announced leadership changes to drive continuity and continued momentum, all effective in June. Dave Kimbell, president, will succeed Mary Dillon as chief executive officer and will be nominated to stand for election to the company’s board of directors at the 2021 annual stockholders meeting.

Dillon will transition to the role of executive chair of the board of directors. Kecia Steelman, currently chief store operations officer, will be elevated to the role of chief operating officer.
