Shangri-La Launches New Global Campaign 

Luxury hotel chain Shangri-La launched its new “Find Your Shangri-La” global campaign. The campaign is centered around a brand film that celebrates the hotel chain’s commitment to providing guests with unforgettable experiences. 

Partnering with GRAMMY® award-winning director Dave Meyers, the film showcases Shangri-La’s personalized and authentic service. Alongside the film, the brand will launch a series of immersive experiences to promote the new campaign. 


CLA App Adds New Refund Tool to Loyalty Program 

Customer Loyalty Accelerator (the CLA App) added a new refund feature to its platform. The Refund Advantage™ tool converts traditional cash and credit card refunds into instantly redeemable store credits and banks and manages the credits in the merchant’s CLA loyalty account. 

CLA’s Refund Advantage is simple to set up. The new tool is bundled with the CLA Customer Loyalty Program, which merchants can use to enroll their customers in the program to start earning store credits. 


Holiday Inn Club Vacations Acquires Four Resorts in Mexico 

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Inc. acquired four scenic beachfront resorts in Mexico from Royal Resorts®. The new resorts are located in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya. 

In addition to the resorts, the IHG® Hotels & Resorts partner will also acquire most of Royal Resorts’ related companies and corporate operations. The new properties will be Holiday Inn Club Vacations first locations outside of the U.S.
